inspired by many after-school tv shows, video games, comic books, & more, the kapow-i gogo shows follow the titular blue-haired warrior on her journeys to collect all the legendary Hyrda Crystals, to compete in The World's Ultimate Fighting Tournament, to far-flung future dystopias and epic battles with power-mad cybernetic generals, devious mega corporations, giant robots, mountain monsters, and assorted other final bosses. She even finds time to save the Princess!

i don't know much about kapow-i gogo since I've only seen the zoom version, but i DO know that kapow-i is just a chaotic sapphic with a thing for princesses. also it's by the same people who did puffs, it's great!

The story mainly follows the relationship between father & son Edward & will bloom. it shifts between two timelines: the present-day real world, where a 60-year-old edward faces his mortality, while Will prepares to become a father himself; & the storybook past, where we see Edward age from a teenager to an adult, as he encounters a Witch, a Giant, a Mermaid, and the love of his life, Sandra. The stories meet as Will discovers the secret his father never revealed.

my second favorite musical! i got into it because my school was gonna do it as our spring musical. (we almost did but corona.) the music and story is amazing. also it can be revived starting next year so i'm hoping that happens
